Is it really 100% pure copper?
Yes. The bottle is made entirely from food-grade pure copper, including the interior. It is not copper-plated and not copper-colored stainless steel.
Will the flip-top lid leak in my bag?
Not when it is locked. The push-button lid locks closed so it travels safely.
Can I buy a spare lid?
Yes. The replacement flip-top lid fits this bottle and most standard wide-mouth bottles. It does not fit our copper screw-lid bottle.
Why is the inside darkening?
That is natural patina and shows the copper is real. A lemon and salt rinse every 1 to 2 weeks brings back the shine.
Can I get both Flip-Top bottles together?
Yes. The Hammered & Etched Bundle includes one of each 32 oz Flip-Top bottle, with a copper straw and insulating sleeve for both, for less than buying them separately.
